Pause and Reflect on Living Well

Tomorrow, June 12, is Global Wellness Day. Wellbeats supports this celebration dedicated to living well!

The main aims of the day are:

  • To recognize the value of our lives
  • To pause and think, even if for just one day of the year
  • To be free from the stress of everyday life
  • To make peace with ourselves
  • To raise awareness about living well and increase motivation for the remaining 364 days of the year.

Show Your Pride Challenge

If you’re participating in Wellbeats’ Show Your Pride challenge for Pride Month, Saturday is a day of rest after four high-energy classes in our Kinetics, Fusion and Vibe channels. If you’d like to keep going, try a mindfulness class. Pause and reflect on the stressful year we’ve had and calm your mind and body.

Give Me an Office Break Challenge

June is also Employee Wellbeing Month, and you may be participating in the “Give Me an Office Break” challenge. Weekends are rest days in this challenge, too. If you’ve been enjoying the quick breaks to refresh and recharge, you certainly can choose a different short class in honor of Global Wellness Day.

However you choose to spend your Saturday, take a moment to pause and reflect on how you can choose to live a healthier and better life.
