Wellbeats is a content streaming platform and app dedicated to helping our members find the time and space for whole being wellness, and love it!

Wellbeats is available to eligible members through employers, health plans, wellness platforms, residential communities and affiliated facilities.

Not sure if you have a Wellbeats account? No problem!

From Wellbeats, app or web portal, select Login and input an employer provided or personal email address.

  • If you receive a message that states an account is invalid or does not exist please contact your Wellbeats sponsor to inquire about your eligibility.
  • If you are asked to input a password and do not know the password select ‘Forgot Password’ to receive an account verification email to reset your password.

Wellbeats is available to eligible members through employers, health plans, wellness platforms, residential communities and affiliated facilities. Wellbeats is not available for individual purchase or subscription.

Member FAQs

Wellbeats is accessible via web portal or app! To sign in, select Login from the home screen and input the credentials that have been provided to you.

Personal Device:

Download the Wellbeats app in the App StoreGoogle Play, or Microsoft Store.

Desktop or Laptop Computer:

Visit the Wellbeats website portal:

Supported browsers are Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.


Wellbeats is currently available on Apple TV (4th generation or higher).

Most members who are eligible for Wellbeats through a wellness/benefits platform must access Wellbeats through the affiliated wellness/benefits platform first. Standard process is as follows:

  1. Sign into sponsoring wellness platform
  2. Locate option, link, or activity for Wellbeats
  3. You will be automatically connected to Wellbeats

Tip: Wellbeats member accounts that are accessed via the app receive a refresh token that will prevent members from being required to sign in for each visit as long as the member visits Wellbeats at least once every 21 days. To avoid having to sign into your Wellness platform frequently, consider using only one device for Wellbeats

There are three ways to find classes that will work for you!

  1. Channels List
    1. Already have areas of interest when it comes to health, mental wellness, and fitness? Click ‘Channels’ from your home dashboard to view each of the class categories Wellbeats has to offer!
  2. Find a Class
    1. Short on time? Have limited access to specific equipment? No problem! Select the ‘Find a Class’ tile on your home dashboard to filter by class type, duration, equipment, and more!

Complete your Fitness Profile to see recommended classes for you!

Eligible members will have a Wellbeats account created for them by their Wellbeats sponsor. Some sponsors include member’s spouses and dependents within their eligibility while others do not.

Yes! Your personal profile is customizable and you only need to share as much personal information as you wish, very few fields are required.

To edit your profile, sign into Wellbeats and select ‘Edit Profile’ from the menu.

Absolutely! To update your Fitness Profile, select ‘Edit Profile’ from the Menu. Your Fitness Profile can be updated any time which will impact which classes and channels are recommended for you.

Wellbeats usage is tracked by the class play minutes, displayed on your Member Dashboard. The Member Dashboard resets monthly but previous usage and minutes can be seen by selecting ‘My Results’ from the menu tab.

Wellbeats offers closed captioning in Spanish for our most popular classes.

Currently, closed captioning is only available via the Wellbeats Web Portal.

All Wellbeats Instructor lead classes offer closed captioning! To enable, select the class you’d like to play then select the [CC] icon from the lower right corner of the screen while the class is playing.

Wellbeats has classes that focus on more than just physical fitness! Check out our other wellness channels that focus on nutrition, mindfulness, meditation and more.

You’re on the move – we get it! All eligible members have the ability to download their favorite classes within the Wellbeats app. Simply find a class you’d like to download, open the class details view and select download.

You will need a data or network connection to complete download.

Challenges are 1-8+ week programs available to help members reach their unique goals.

Challenges are available any time via the ‘Recommended Challenges’ tile from your home dashboard.

At this time, members can enroll in only one challenge at a time.
