As an Inside Sales Development Manager at Wellbeats, you will be responsible for building a new book of business for the distribution sales division of Wellbeats. This involves prospecting potential customers by cold calling, following up on warm leads and closing deals in multifamily, higher education and hospitality markets. We need someone who excels in pipeline management and can also help to manage channel distribution partners to ensure successful implementation of programs for the long-term realization of revenue through the channel partner.

To excel in this role, you must be a keen hunter who can do the following:

  • Source and drive new business growth by selling solutions to prospective clients through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Research and understand the prospective clients’ business goals, objectives, and challenges
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
  • Ability to effectively communicate recommendations to the appropriate level of leadership within a prospective client
  • Propose solutions from our suite of products to deliver quantifiable business value for clients
  • Communicate accurate and timely forecasts to the leadership team/board
  • Preparation of and execution of sales plans, events, campaigns
  • Deliver strong performance against required sales/revenue targets
