The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting key groups throughout the sales and client journey with sales and marketing campaigns and support. They will work directly with the marketing and sales teams.

The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting key groups throughout the sales and client journey with sales and marketing campaigns and support. They will work directly with the marketing and sales teams. 

This position plays an integral role in the generation of new sales leads and growth with key clients, including direct interaction with established partners. Lead generation efforts include full marketing campaigns encompassing email, digital newsletters, regular and automated communications, website content and landing pages, social media, webinars, tradeshows and conferences and PR activities. This position will have the opportunity to work with marketing managers and other cross-functional teams to learn from our data, engage in testing efforts, ask questions, make strategic decisions, and execute on learnings.

This individual must be able to support the creation of consistent, meaningful content and be able to work in a fast paced, small, entrepreneurial environment with an emphasis on collective, collaborative teamwork.

This role will have a clear opportunity for guidance and growth but also must feel confident in leading owned projects, responsibilities, and follow-ups as well as have a drive to find answers from teammates when questions arise.

Additional Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following: other duties may be assigned.

  • Execute marketing plan tactics, including campaign management
  • Work in multiple technology platforms to execute daily work including CRM, email automation and CMS for website updates
  • Email and marketing campaigns to all focus vertical markets to drive leads for the sales team
  • Work with Corporate, Partner, Distribution, and Business Development sales teams on sales collateral/materials and regular communications to channels
  • Support in the development of messaging, creative, and promotional strategies for events, including tradeshows and conferences
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities
  • Content creation for various tactics
  • Any additional marketing projects/needs that arise

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Marketing or in the wellbeing and/or healthcare industry space
