WELLBEATS offers over 21 channels and hundreds of classes with something for every age, stage and ability. Our user-friendly filters make it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. We meet participants where they’re at with Tutorial, Basic, and a variety of other classes, 1 - 50 minutes in length.
Personal Workout Plans
WELLBEATS makes it simple for participants to reach their goals by following our 4-8 week Workout Plans. Enroll in a plan directly from the WELLBEATS app and follow the day-by-day calendar of recommended classes.
Target your core with classes that challenge your stability, strength and endurance. You will complete 20 minute classes either 5 or 6 days each week. Days where the “optional” equipment is used in the class, an alternative class using no equipment has been provided. Grab a friend and set a goal together!
This plan is for the fitness enthusiast who loves to cycle and wants to increase cardio capacity and overall fitness. Train like a competitive cyclist as you work on speed, power, and endurance. Recovery days offer mobility, flexibility and core work to compliment your time on the bike. Grab a friend and join the ride!

These three plans are designed to help you increase your cardio fitness, muscle strength, tone and endurance. The plans progress in difficulty as well as offer unique variety. Get Fit 1 is a great introduction to increase cardio fitness, strength, tone and endurance. Get Fit 2 will challenge you further and utilizes no equipment - bodyweight only. Tone your body in 20 minutes a day! Each week, you'll do six different types of classes: core, upper body, lower body, cardio and yoga. The seventh day is a stretch and recovery class. Each week follows the same pattern but with new and different classes.PDF Calendar Download

Our team of WELLBEATS instructors are passionate about helping participants reach their full potential and committed to developing results driven programming year after year. You’ll feel like they are right in the room with you as they motivate, educate and lead you step by step through each class.
Sean has over 16 years of experience as an awarded instructor, fitness program manager, and motivational speaker. His positive attitude and true belief in his trainees makes his classes inspiring and energizing. This fun-loving coach knows how to bring challenges to help you stretch your capabilities and get the most out of each Wellbeats class.
Jodee has been an expert in the industry for over 17 years working as a personal trainer, master instructor, & group fitness department head. This athlete, triathlete, and dancer has taught everything under the sun. She loves inspiring people to a full, fun, healthy life that includes focused exercise as well as play time.
This long time instructor (of 17 years!) calls herself a “Jill of all trades” - staying fit with everything from dance to weight lifting! Her ability to create a fun atmosphere everywhere she goes lightens up her Wellbeats classes and makes you forget you’re working out!
This energetic instructor will give 100% and ask you to do the same! Caesar has been instructing for over 10 years in a wide variety of unique fitness formats from inline skating to equestrianism! In his Wellbeats classes we can guarantee you’ll have fun, learn a lot and be challenged!.
Darcy’s down-to-earth and encouraging leadership is both inviting and motivating. She’s been instructing since 2001 in a wide variety of genres and loves the ability she has to be a catalyst for healthy changes. She helps make fitness accessible to everyone and has the inexplicable ability to make workouts more enjoyable!
Her warm personality and soothing tones make following her direction easy and enjoyable. Erin has over twenty years of experience as a fitness professional (and almost as many years as a professional actress!) With fluid movement and special attention to breath, form and flow- she’ll help you perfect the skills you came to improve!
Dawn has been instructing and coaching for 10 years and is known for her ability to look at the positive aspects of each physical or mental challenge she takes on. In addition to her love for Fusion and yoga, Dawn is an avid cyclist and owns a cycling studio.
A professionally trained dancer and choreographer, Heather knows form and function. She has expertise in a number of formats that include kickboxing, core conditioning, barre, athletic yoga & strength conditioning, teaching in health clubs and filming at-home DVD programs.
This energetic dancer will get you moving and LOVING it! Dance plays a big role in Ilyse’s life both personally and professionally. She uses it to train individuals, groups, and choreographs for a variety of projects in TV and entertainment including Weight Watcher’s “Ultimate Dance Party”. Her training tip? “Working out is about progress, NOT perfection!” In her classes, you’ll have a lot of fun and feel the support of Ilyse as your biggest fan.
Sara’s high energy and extreme training style will help bring you to a new level of fitness. She’s spent the last 15 years making her mark in the fitness industry as business owner, writer, nutritionist, instructor, and personal trainer. Her passion to help others see healthy results is evident in each of her classes!
This musician gone fitness professional brings his rhythm to the dance floor and turns up the heat in the boxing ring! Kirk has traveled the world with a variety of musical artists and has spent the last 12 years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. His ability to make fitness both challenging and fun is what will keep you coming back for more!
Kristi’s contagious smile and positive attitude has a unique draw that makes her classes enjoyable to be a part of. She’ll teach you how to reach inside and push yourself to new fitness levels. As a mom of four kids she knows the value of efficient workouts that incorporate every large muscle for a high calorie burn.
Participants can benchmark and track their results with WELLBEATS Fit Tests. These 10-20 minute workouts incorporate timed activities from our various classes to give participants a score that they can measure against 4-6 weeks later.
