A Stronger You Program

A Stronger You is a 14-day program including short fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness classes to help you start fresh and stay motivated. In just 10 minutes a day (or less!), you can build a healthier, stronger you. Daily workouts, activities, and tips are designed to help you become more resilient in mind and body.

Along with fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness classes designed to help you start fresh and hit the reset button, this program includes custom activities and tips to help you become more resilient in mind and body. Tips and activities include:

  • Write down five things about yourself that you are grateful for.
  • Focus on proper form and notice how your body feels with each exercise.
  • Schedule classes in advance and invite a friend to virtually join you.
  • Pay attention to how you feel in the moment, physically, emotionally, and mentally.

The program begins with Mindful Breathing where Wellbeats instructor Mark K. leads you through a short, mindful breathing exercise to help increase focus and relaxation. Week one also includes Total Tone in Ten with Elizabeth S., a short class designed to tone and sculpt your entire body in just 10 minutes, and Morning Mobility with Darcy M., a seven-minute mobility workout to help you start your day right.

In week two, you’ll begin with another breathing challenge with Mark K., and enjoy classes including Cardio Core Express, Ocean Breath, and Lower Back Release. Both weeks include squat and plank challenges and classes on nutrition as well.
