I love to focus on empowerment. I try to teach everyone to be confident, starting with where they are to reach where they are going. Simple actions, done often, lead to big results.

I train from a place of care and respect for every individual. My goal is to have everyone understand the benefits of what we do and why we do it, and to walk away feeling like they accomplished something!

Jodi used Wellbeats classes in the hotel room when she was on medical deployment during COVID. “They helped a lot. I needed exercise classes to relieve stress and stretching classes to help me relax and wind down. I found that I was able to sleep better, and then get up and perform better.”
Jodi

I hold a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders. I like classes that are 5 minutes or less, with stretches you can do in your chair. Afternoons are usually my most stressful, so that’s when I try to take a little break to do a class.

If I’m having a high-stress day, I can jump on Wellbeats for a quick 10- or 15-minute workout. Having access to the app whenever I want is so easy.
