Meet Our Instructors
Chance York earned 200-RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and is a Trauma-informed Yoga Teacher, Mind-up Brain-based Learning Teacher, and Tool for Peace Curriculum Facilitator.
Jan Johnson has earned certifications to teach yoga participants and teachers including ACE Group Fitness and NASM Personal Trainer, and she also earned Precision Nutrition Certification and is a Professional Vegan Chef.
Barb Knutson earned a 200-hour yoga certification and is also certified in Tai Chi and several specializations through Les Mills: BODYPUMP, BODYFLOW, CORE and RPM.
Jodi used Wellbeats classes in the hotel room when she was on medical deployment during COVID. “They helped a lot. I needed exercise classes to relieve stress and stretching classes to help me relax and wind down. I found that I was able to sleep better, and then get up and perform better.”
I hold a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders. I like classes that are 5 minutes or less, with stretches you can do in your chair. Afternoons are usually my most stressful, so that’s when I try to take a little break to do a class.
