Carrie is the Run Lead and Coach of Wellbeats’ Strides channel. She is a three-time national champion, represented the U.S. in the 2004 Olympic Games, and loves to inspire and motivate people to GET AFTER IT in life. She earned a bachleor’s degree from Villanova University.
Jeremiah has been a performer and choreographer for more than 15 years for a wide variety of companies for which he choreographs pageants, show choirs, dance teams, music videos and more. He helped create the Wellbeats Vibe channel.
Katie earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is an ACE Subject Matter Expert and Group Fitness Instructor. She also earned 200-hour yoga training and is co-founder of The Move For Good.
Lynnea is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Trainer with more than 10 years of experience teaching dance fitness classes. She is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and licensed Zumba instructor.
As a wife and mother of three and currently working full time as a health professional, my evening is filled with my kids’ activities, volunteering, and family.
