It’s easy. Wellbeats Wellness is available through the Wellbeats iOS, Android, Windows, or Apple TV apps, and through any modern web browser, Chromecast, Airplay, and Roku.
Yes. Wellbeats Wellness is for any age, gender, interest, or ability level, regardless of access to equipment or available time. Our fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness classes and programs span all 5 generations, as well as specialty categories such as pre/post-natal, musculoskeletal, active aging, and sports readiness.
Very little. Most companies start with just an eligibility file from their HR or IT team or benefits provider. Once done, and the IT team adds the Wellbeats Wellness’ domain to the allowed list, we’re set to invite employees to log in and get started.
Wellbeats Wellness’ social community feature makes it easy for employees to schedule a class, add it to their calendar, set and send reminders and invite others to join them at a scheduled time.
Each of our 60+ exercise instructors is required to have minimum certification in Group Fitness from either ACE or AFAA. Other acceptable certifications may include a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Personal Training Certification through ACE, NASM, or ACSM, or an advanced degree in Exercise Science.
Our 60+ goal-based programs are 1 to 8 weeks in length. Clients can also create their own custom programs to run for 1+ weeks for employees and their families.
