Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, a top five nationwide mortgage lender with 10,000 employees, expanded its corporate wellness program to its entire workforce in 2015. Now managed by a wellness team including a WELCOA-certified manager, the program employs a broad array of internal and social media communications, Wellbeats challenges, fitness trainers coaching employees one-on-one and through Facebook Live classes, and Wellbeats re-welcome campaigns to attract new employees to the program.
