The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting key groups throughout the sales and client journey with sales and marketing campaigns and support. They will work directly with the marketing and sales teams.
As a Business Development Representative at Wellbeats, you will prospect and identify key decision-makers at target companies to facilitate appointments for the Outside Sales Team. You will be a key driver of growth for the company and on the front lines for introducing Wellbeats to prospective clients.
This position is responsible for driving the execution of our engagement plan to engage and retain B2B clients and their employees with Wellbeats.  The role is analytical, detail oriented, and results and execution focused.  This role will work with a portfolio of small to mid-size corporate clients as their designated Client Success Manager.  This individual must work well in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with an emphasis on collective, collaborative teamwork.
As an Implementation and Operations Specialist you will: Manage multiple client implementations of the Wellbeats serivce from post sale to launch. Implementations include leading planning calls, client trainings, technical set-up and project management, Educate clients on Wellbeats best practices and coordinate with them to ensure a successful launch, Train Client Administrators on their Wellbeats account and transition clients to their client service or client success contacts for ongoing support, Support daily operations related to eligibility files, team projects, client support and member management, Become a Wellbeats product expert.
Wellbeats corporate sales team is expanding! We are seeking an accomplished, dynamic Small Group Sales Manager (SGSM) to build and develop corporate sales in an assigned sales territory for clients with less 1000 employees. This position will be remote – exact sales territory to be determined based on location of candidate and experience/contacts in their region.
As a Client Service Advisor, you will help create satisfaction, success, and excitement around Wellbeats for our clients and members. You understand that Wellbeats is dedicated to delivering experiences that continuously add value. Our service begins with client training and transforms into ongoing communication to increase client proficiency and utilization of Wellbeats. With the support of the service delivery team, you will work to maximize the positive impact of each interaction with a client or member during their journey with Wellbeats.
