Expanded Mental Health Resources

Sunday is World Mental Health Day and Wellbeats has new resources to support companies concerned about the mental wellbeing of employees and their family members.

Why is this important? The pandemic has caused even greater stress and anxiety as adults were 8 times more likely to screen positive for serious mental illness in 2020 compared to 2018*. It is increasingly important to create a positive, nurturing work environment that supports employee mental health.

Wellbeats is pleased to provide two new videos developed with a mental health expert to help companies convey to their employees what mental health means along with strategies to address mental and emotional wellbeing.

Healbright Mental Health

Wellbeats has a broad offering of mindfulness classes taught by certified meditation and self-care experts, and we now offer additional mental and emotional wellbeing videos thanks to a partnership with Healbright Mental Health.

These self-paced Healbright courses are led by mental health professionals and focus on helping people find more happiness, meaning, stress reduction, and better relationships so they can stay healthy and avoid serious mental and physical illness.
