Each day, you’ll choose one of two classes based on your preference. Throughout the program, you’ll enjoy healthy holiday-approved recipes, like roasted acorn squash, apple cinnamon muffins, and 50/50 mashed potatoes (50 percent Japanese sweet potatoes and 50 percent cauliflower), and benefit from mindful eating and hydration tips.
