Becky joins Wellbeats with over 15 years of professional experience in wellness, sales, and marketing. She has assisted in the development of sales teams and implementation operational strategies leading to positive year-over-year revenue growth.

In her previous role at Orbus Exhibit & Display Group, Becky was a Sales Analyst. She supported the VP of Sales providing sales performance analysis and worked closely with the Business Development team.

Prior to joining Orbus, Becky worked at WellRight, a corporate wellness platform. She started as a Business Development Manager and was quickly promoted to Head of Business Development and Director of Sales Operations. Becky led and mentored the Business Development team and provided support to ensure successful sales operations and quota achievement.

Becky holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Saint Xavier University in Chicago, IL where she studied Business, Sociology, and Criminal Justice. She lives in a suburb of Chicago, with her husband and two sons. Becky enjoys taking nature walks with her family and spending as much time outside as Chicago weather allows. Her favorite Wellbeats channels are Express Toning and Fusion.

Lauren joins Wellbeats with over 12 years in the health and fitness industry having worked with mid and large employers, health systems, and affiliate companies to drive heightened health within their respective populations. Throughout Lauren’s career, she has excelled in a multitude of roles including sales, sales engineering, client success, and strategy.

For Wellbeats, Lauren serves as a Regional Sales Director in growing Wellbeats’ portfolio of caring, health-conscious, mid-sized employers to deliver Wellbeats products to their valued employees.  Prior to joining Wellbeats, she was an integral part of the sales organization at Lirio, a Behavior Change AI company working with large health systems.  She also served as a Principal Solutions Consultant at Aduro and a Wellbeing Strategist for CHC Wellbeing.

Lauren obtained her Master of Science degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from The University of Georgia and her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois-Champaign.

She currently resides in Madison, WI with her golden retriever, Champ, and enjoys running, hiking, cheering on the Illini, and traveling around the country to sample the best donuts. Her favorite Wellbeats channels are Kinetics and Kettle Power.
