This is Chandra. Chandra is a 36-year-old mother and workout warrior from Kingston, OK. What started as mere curiosity turned into a 60-days-and-counting journey to sustainable health not just for herself, but her family. With fitness at her fingertips, Chandra is spreading her wings with Wellbeats and shows no signs of slowing down.
It all began at Choctaw Wellness Center in Durant, OK. As a Choctaw Tribal member, Chandra accesses a variety of health and wellness services with her membership, including Wellbeats. “My daughter is in a wheelchair and she loves the classes, too,” says Chandra, whose daughter was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. “Finding things that spark her interest as far as mobility goes can be challenging, so this has been an amazing option for my family.”
