Today is World Heart Day – a day to draw attention to heart health and raise awareness of preventive steps and lifestyle changes you can make to avoid cardiovascular diseases, like heart attack, stroke, and heart failure. On average, more than 17 million people die from heart-related illnesses every year.

In recognition of World Heart Day, you can sign up for Wellbeats’ Move with Heart program and play three classes per week focused on elevating your heart rate, relieving stress, and boosting your mood.

Classes are instructed by our top trainers to encourage and motivate you every step of the way!

Rotate through a combination of cardio, strength training, and yoga – all just 30 minutes or less. Minimal equipment is needed (yoga mat/block is optional).
