Find Your Fit

Our Find Your Fit program is designed to teach you when and how you move best to create smart and effective behaviors. The workouts are designed to help you find ways to build confidence and push your strength and fitness levels each time you complete the workouts.

The program is broken into two phases. Phase one takes place over weeks one and two, and the four workouts in phase one deliver the building blocks to develop foundational muscular strength and endurance, establish a cardiovascular base, and focus on mobility and recovery—all with a strong emphasis on learning proper form and function.

Phase two is recommended for weeks three and four. Here, the four workouts take what you learned in phase one and push your strength, endurance, flexibility, and mindset to another level.
