Step up your wellness routine as the seasons change. Get outside and enjoy the cool, crisp autumn air when you enroll in our Fit for Fall program! With four weeks of fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness classes, you’ll refresh both your physical health and mental wellbeing with Wellbeats this month.
This four-week program is highlighted by running/walking classes coached by Olympian Carrie Tollefson. Carrie takes you through interval and hill workouts, along with guided runs or walks that you can do anywhere at any pace.
The Fit For Fall program also incorporates strength training and mobility workouts, calming meditations, and wellness prompts, including activities like organizing your workspace or playing your favorite music. And don’t forget nutrition! You’ll enjoy fall-inspired recipes like roasted acorn squash and roasted carrot soup to stay healthy and strong all season long as well.
Week one includes guided running and walking, lower back strength and mobility, stillness meditation, and our delicious butternut squash kale salad recipe. The program begins with 15 Minutes Plus Strides, a quick workout involving 15 minutes of walking, jogging, or running, followed by five minutes of sprints.
From all varieties of exercise to meditation, mindfulness, recipes, and nutrition education, Wellbeats’ virtual classes take a well-rounded approach to wellbeing and give everyone the tools they need to live a healthier life.
