About Global Wellness Day

Global Wellness Day is a day dedicated to living well. According to GlobalWellnessDay.org, the purpose of Global Wellness Day is to direct the thoughts of both individuals and society toward “living well.” You’re encouraged to ask yourself, “How can I live a healthier and better life?”

The Global Wellness Day manifesto offers seven steps to incorporate into your life to help promote wellness as a lifestyle:

  • Walk for an hour.
  • Drink more water.
  • Don’t use plastic bottles.
  • Eat healthy food.
  • Do a good deed.
  • Have a family dinner with loved ones.
  • Sleep at 10:00 p.m.

With our collection of 1,000+ fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness classes, Wellbeats can help you incorporate these seven steps to live a healthier, happier life.
