Erin has been a certified Wellbeats instructor for 6 years. She predominantly teaches yoga/Pilates, stretch and recovery classes and has been featured in over 15 class videos. With 20+ years of experience in the fitness space, Erin brings a fun, positive energy to Wellbeats. Her classes meet you where you’re at – regardless of your experience or fitness level.

Her #1 training tip?

“Listen to what your body tells you,” Erin advises. “There will be days when activities feel more challenging, but that does not mean you have to stop – just proceed at a tamer intensity. Then on those days when you feel like a rock star: ROCK IT!”
