Wellbeats is proud and excited to introduce our brand-new member experience app (iOS and Android) and portal (portal.wellbeats.com). The new experience debuts today, but may take longer to appear depending on the device.
Start with a Video Tour
A 2-minute video on the portal home page offers an overview of all the new features and functionality. If you are not a Wellbeats member, client, or partner, you can click here to see the video tour.
Also on the home page, members can easily type in the Search box to find what they’re looking for, or click on a Wellbeats pillar: Fitness, Nutrition, and Mind-Body (mindfulness, meditation, and mental health).
Wellbeats classes are categorized under “Featured Categories” and “All Categories”. Once you select a category (formerly named channel), additional filters appear in the left margin to easily locate selections targeting age, intensity, duration, equipment, and more.
Programs (formerly Challenges)
From “Recommended Programs” (based on a member’s profile and preferences), to “Popular Programs”, to “All Programs”, these structured playlists of classes and activities are designed to help members reach a goal.
This is where saved classes are stored, which may be organized by favorite categories (e.g., Intense, Stretch, Office Breaks, Recipes). Members can click the heart in the lower right corner of a class to save it to their library.
Members can schedule classes at desired dates and times, and then invite fellow Wellbeats members to join them. All scheduled classes appear under this tab.
