September is Self-Care Awareness Month, a time to remember that taking care of yourself is essential. Wellbeats is here to help you reset, recharge, and refocus on you.

Celebrate Self-Care Awareness Month by joining our “Take Care of You” program. This four-week program includes a daily schedule of classes to restore energy, elevate your mood, and focus on your own health and happiness.

Take Care of You Program

Do you feel like you’re running on empty by the end of the day? Do you tend to put your own needs last? You’re not alone, and there’s something you can do about it!

Take some time to refocus on you and your wellbeing with our four-week “Take Care of You” program.

Take Care of You includes yoga, meditation/mindfulness, high intensity interval training (HIIT), walking or running, and strength training. Each day, you’ll choose the class option that fits your needs, whether it’s a relaxing meditation or yoga class or a feel-good workout.

Week one begins with a choice between Finding Stillness with Greta W., a class based on the Taoist tradition of drawing a connection from a still point, or Armed and Ready with Elizabeth S., an upper body workout all about the arms and shoulders. What are you waiting for? Let’s go!
