In the coming weeks and months, your Wellbeats experience will continue on our new and enhanced platform, LifeSpeak.
This page includes information about what to expect, what will stay the same, and how you’ll access your wellness content when the update takes place.
LifeSpeak is the platform that now powers your Wellbeats Wellness experience.
You’ll find the same classes, programs, and resources you’re familiar with, along with additional wellbeing content and new features designed to make your experience more personalized and easier to use. LifeSpeak brings mental health, fitness, nutrition, caregiving, and substance use support together in one place.
Your access is confidential and available anytime through your benefits.
On your organization’s transition date, your existing experience will move to LifeSpeak. You may receive a welcome email from member.support@lifespeak.com with instructions to access LifeSpeak, or you may receive guidance directly from your employer or benefits administrator.
If you try to access your previous platform after the transition date, you’ll be redirected to LifeSpeak.
Once your organization has migrated, you can access LifeSpeak by visiting portal.lifespeak.com and logging in with your existing credentials. LifeSpeak is also available through the LifeSpeak mobile app, which you can download from the App Store or Google Play.

In most cases, you can log in using your existing credentials. If you have trouble accessing LifeSpeak or need help resetting your password, you can contact member.support@lifespeak.com for assistance.
Once you begin using LifeSpeak, you should use the LifeSpeak web portal or mobile app going forward. If you previously used the Wellbeats app, you can delete it and install the LifeSpeak app instead to access your updated experience.
Some information will carry over, such as your account details and eligibility. However, saved classes, playlists, or in-progress programs may not transfer. If you were partway through a program, you can re-enroll in that program on LifeSpeak and continue at your own pace.
If you earned incentive points through Wellbeats, those points will be retained.
Yes. You will still be able to cast classes from LifeSpeak to a compatible device, just as you did previously.
LifeSpeak builds on the Wellbeats experience by adding enhanced technology, expanded wellbeing content, and new ways to engage.

Yes. LifeSpeak includes a wide range of fitness, nutrition, and other wellbeing content led by certified instructors and trusted experts. You’ll find familiar class styles and topics, along with new programs and resources added regularly.
You’ll continue to have access to expert-led guidance and programs. LifeSpeak may also suggest content or programs based on your interests or activity, helping you discover relevant support more easily. Any recommendations are optional—you choose how and when to engage.
LifeSpeak delivers the video content and programs you’re already familiar with through a refreshed experience. While the interface and discovery tools may feel new, the core experience remains consistent.
New content will continue to be added over time, and LifeSpeak will recommend topics and resources personalized to you based on your activity, interests, and goals.
Yes. LifeSpeak offers live expert-led webinars and interactive Q&A sessions on a variety of wellbeing topics. These sessions give you the opportunity to learn from experts and ask questions anonymously, depending on what’s available through your organization.
Yes. Your activity on LifeSpeak is private and confidential. Your employer does not see what content you view, what programs you use, or what questions you ask. Only anonymous, aggregated information is used to understand overall usage trends.
